Before co-founding AuDigent he co-founded the legendary Rawkus Records (sold to Universal Music Group in 2004), where he signed and developed classic artists like Mos Def, Talib Kweli, Kanye West, Eminem, and Dr. Luke. In 2007 he co-founded digital media giant UPROXX (sold to Woven Digital in 2014), the #1 Entertainment News and Culture destination for millennial males. In 2011 he co-founded Big Frame (sold to Dreamworks Animation and merged with AwesomenessTV in 2014), one of the dominant multi-channel networks providing talent representation and influencer marketing for some of the world’s biggest Youtube stars. Brian is a lifetime New Yorker, happily married, and a proud jazz musician and electronic music producer.

Having been the Founder and CEO of Dashbid - a video advertising SSP ranked as the #2 fastest growing tech company in NYC by Crain’s 2016, Drew Stein brings six years of ad tech leadership experience and product vision to AuDigent. Continuing to serve Dashbid as an active Board member, Drew has been passionate about advertising and technology since 18 years old and has been at the helm of creative advertising companies since 1999. Driven by a deep understanding of today’s issues of content monetization, social media engagement, and the real-time pricing and placement of advertising on digital and mobile platforms, Drew has successfully founded, built and run businesses in video ad tech, content production, music production, post production and branding. Drew continues to serve as Executive Chairman for a thriving suite of creative advertising production companies based in New York and Los Angeles including The Music Playground (music production, artist licensing and audio post), The Station (commercial production and post-production), and The Diner (music library).

Shelton Mercer is a Fortune 100-bred entrepreneur and award winning innovation leader. During his early career at Lucent Technologies, Shelton led global technology engagements, generating over $150M, with Fortune 100 clients such as GE, Marriott, KPMG and Johnson & Johnson. Before cofounding AuDigent, Shelton was CoFounder & CEO of Mashable Award winning, celebrity-fueled, social media pioneer TwitCHANGE. Shelton has designed digital, audience platforms and campaigns for dozens of entertainment leaders, such as The Jonas Bros, Disney, NBC, ABC, Warner Bros, Walden Media and Participant. Shelton’s work has been covered by numerous media, including the Wall Street Journal, CNN, MSNBC, Huffington Post and Fast Company.

Matthew is a technology entrepreneur and company leader working within the fields of advertising technology, data science and data technology. With over seven years of board level experience in the USA, Africa and the UK, Matthew is a strong and effective leader, able to internalize complex business and technology challenges and pro-actively identify and implement strategies and solutions.
Matthew’s broad range of experience has included: founding and leading technology companies through venture backed rapid growth, working in partnership with some of the largest corporate and government entities on the planet and, delivering award winning technology-for-change projects providing life changing value to some of the world's poorest citizens.
